1972 Fender Stratocaster hardtail in original olympic white finish! Like all 70's Fenders in olympic white the paint has faded to a beautiful buttery yellow, The neck is a very comfortable mellow 70's C shape and is in excellent condition. The flamed maple is a unique extra that adds a little visual pop to this special guitar. At just over 7 lbs it's extremely light and resonant for any Strat let alone a hardtail from the 70's! partially due to the routing under the pickguard as well as the already light weight body. Looks to be all original except the neck pickup being an original and Wonderful sounding 74' that matches perfectly with the middle and bridge pickups from 72'. This is for sure the best 70's strat i've played so far and hate to see it go!. Case looks to be era correct but isn't a Fender case.
